Something I bought from Amazon—-actually I didn’t buy it, I didn’t click the PLACE YOUR ORDER button. So now I am confused why there’s this box from Amazon. HOLY CRAP. GAH. And my mom wants to return it, saying I should “CANCEL” it. HELLO?? You could only refund it. And if you want to do so, you need to return it to the post office and pay the return shipping. WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED?!

Ok, so speaking of Brightly Woven, I was about to buy one from Amazon this afternoon(why?*). But, I was about to place my order when I saw this:

I mean, I was finally able to make my mom agree on buying me a Brightly Woven copy, which was hard to do(because she doesn't agree to buying things online and whatnot) and when all is set(not really, but you get the point), I see that?! Well, good thing I did, or else my mom will freak out when she sees her card bill. I really wanna have a copy, but not to the extent to pay additional expenses($44+) and whatnot.

*Because a few days before March 23, which was the release date of the book, I saw Brightly Woven on Goodreads--and, seeing that it'll not be published `til March 23, I became kinda antsy. So a few days after the release, I wanna know if a bookstore has it(and of course selling the book). So.....when my mom went out to buy grocery or go malling without me, I always ask her to check the bookstore for BW, but she either always say it's not being sold, or it's out of stock(which she only said one time, but at that time I kinda didn't believe her because I know that sometimes when I and/or ask her to buy something, and she forgets it, she makes up stories i.e it's 'out of stock'. So, yeah. Hmph---EDIT: I said to her a while ago:"But there's BW being sold in ----, right?" and she was like, "What?Is there?" and I replied, "Yeah, you said it was out of stock." and she said, "Really?" OHMY. Haha. See, i told you. ).

Last Saturday we went to the mall and I made my mom and sister ask separately two bookstores if they have BW, because I don't like talking to salespeople, lol. And both have none, so I was really sad. I was actually planning to buy on Amazon before because I know it's not being sold in the bookstores I buy books from, and the bookstores are near to where I live, too. So that kinda confirms that I should buy at Amazon if I really wanna have one. But the picture above was heart-breaking--not really but still.

Imagine promising a young girl an ice cream, but you didn't because you were partying that day you're supposed to buy or whatever. It's that kind of sudden depression. Sort of. Haha. Oh well. Ok, honestly it's not hard to doubt if there is BW here in the Philippines.

Oh well, I just miss blogging--blogging about what happened to my day and the like. I just don't use my Tumblr for blogging about my experiences, happenings in my daily life. I just use it mainly to find pictures,etc. that seems inspiring and beautiful then reblog funny posts, etc. And because some people don't really want to know(and don't really care) what happens in your life, unless you're famuzzz(*ouch--the inconvenient truth Haha; not actually funny) I actually wanna have my own domain, but I know my mom would never allow me(because you have to pay for that, right? And she doesn't like me forcing her to buy something for me from the Internet--anything involving spending money over something on the Net )

XMAS PARTAAAY

So this morning(up to 12 noon) we had our Xmas Party, well actually before that we had a Mass. By we, I mean the whole school; but of course the Christmas Parties were held in each section's respective classrooms. My sister and I were even late and when we arrived at school students are already at the Gym, waiting for the Mass to start. So, yeah.. I hate being late.

And oh, after the Mass, there were this group of students from, umm, I dunno what their school is *haha sorry* and they performed, If I'm not mistaken they were composed of 8(?) students, and one member of the group is a violinist so obviously he was the one playing the violin, and another one was playing the boom box and one in the acoustic guitars, and the girls also had their own musical instruments which I do not know(it looked like a round guitar; I'm not sure if it was a banduria), and they later sang together while the boys made the music. There were also these two girls who danced while the others performed.

aaaaaaaannd after that the raffle began, blah blah, ---fastforwaaaard, CHRISTMAS PAAAARRRRRTAAAAAYYYYYEYEYEYE//
Our food was catered, and there were games and stuff.

nerve-wracking Math test is nerve-wracking.

It is. And I'm not the only who found it difficult, mind you. Haha. I did study and I even prayed so I can be more, um, enlightened in my studying and for me to not get sleepy because it was around 11 PM yesterday(today was the test in Math), and also for me to be able to finish reviewing all the topics/lessons that needs to be reviewed. Turns out my reviewing did not do much for the test. Anyway, there was this table about Rat'l. Expressions and there are problems/equations then we were supposed to find the factored form of the numerator and denominator, the simplified form, and the value of X. Of course there were boxes alloted for each of those. I had no idea what to do! So, well, I did the next big thing.... *Lol.*

...I guessed.

I'm hoping against hope that I'll pass but I'm thinking maybe I won't. I'm not thinking negative, I'm just thinking reality. Well it still isn't real, I mean the test papers weren't checked but I mean, um, *srsly I'm speechless*uhhh, you get it; It's not reality but it's a possible outcome.

I lost the fish wallet one of my best friends gave to me last year ago for Christmas. Sad face. It was really cute and shaped like a fish! I lost it yesterday and it contains P20.00. I'm not sure where I lost it, in school or in the store where I bought baked mac *yum* with my friends or if my fish-wallet was just fished out from my pocket, but I think it was just in my pocket. Tsk.

TIME TO CRAM ON REVIEWING!

It's the second and last day of the 3rd Departmental Test(for the 3rd quarter obviously)/ Long Test. As usual I'm cramming to review. There's gonna be three subjects to study for tomorrow, Math, Social Sci. and CLVE. The lowest grade in my card is Math. I mean, now I try to listen ('coz before I was always talking with my seatmate. Haha) but I still don't fully understand. Haha. slow kid much?

And also, the one subject I hate reviewing for, besides Math(because I don't really remember all of the lessons that were taught to us, usually the recent lessons only), is Science because there's just maaaaany things/lessons to review! But actually I reviewed for Science three or two days before the test(the first time I studied for an upcoming test days not on the day before the test. gets? understood? am I getting across? roflllll) but it's not a full review, it's more of like an I-will-review-because-my-parents-are-scolding-me-and-telling-me-to-do-so review. AIGOOOO. Wish me luck for tomorrow esp. on Math! Gawwwd, 70 items??! And the normal(lol) no. of items usu. in the long test is 50. Um, FML.

Being stuck here at home is no joke. It's kinda boring but at least I get to surf the net as long as I like unless someone's already in the computer. I need and want a laptop. And wi-fi around the house. Back to topic; It's kinda a routine now for the past week(classes cancelled, ayt? coz of Ondoy) that after eating breakfast I surf the net(or eat while surfing the net), watch TV, eat lunch, computer, TV, find something to eat and more. Yawn. Anyway... my mind's empty. I don't know what to blog about besides my boredom, so i'll stop here♥

stupid paper boat.

This afternoon at school we went down to the grounds and we were given the paper boats each of us made last Filipino(subject) meeting before our teacher grouped us(done last meeting also). We went into our groups; there were 4.

There were 2 long gray benches in front and groups 3&4 were the first one to play the game. Here's the mechanics: a member of the group will put her paper boat on the end of the bench and make it reach the end by blowing air out of his/her mouth. Then when it reached the end, the second member will do blow, etc. and so on.
I was on group 3. When it was my turn, my boat wouldn't budge! So I borrowed my classmate's boat and it moved well(um, well, it also fell/slid from the bench many times. ), unlike my paper boat. We won(great relief). Later on I weighed it and discovered mine is heavier than the boat of my classmate, so I told her I'd borrowed it again for the next round(winner vs. winner). So when it was almost my turn I borrowed another paper boat(not the paper boat I was supposed to borrow) and then it fell, another paper boat, then it fell again, repeat.
After I think 3-5 times of different boats falling, the paper boat I was supposed to borrow was put at the start of the bench(some of my group mates generously put paper boats on the one side of the bench when the paper boat fell) and then that was when I finished. Weird, isn't it. You don't know how nervous and shaky I was back there! EEEEEEK. I felt like I was the cause of delay, but, fortunately, we still won. Haha. :p

My teacher in Science got the book I was reading while my classmates are reporting about the Food Chain. And obviously I gave it to her. That book was borrowed from the library, due this July 30. I was planning to focus on reading that during the weekend since I stopped on page 62 or maybe 65. idk. Oh well. Anyway, I asked for the book in the faculty at dismissal time and she asked my name and said to me that she'll give it to my class's adviser. At least somehow she will give it. And at least somehow I updated my blog. Completely off-topic. Haha

So nung first day of shcool, nung naka-align ung students at the grounds para ma-organize sa mga section nila(and ako rin), iba ung sections na nakasulat sa mga papers na hawak ng parang mag ga-guide sa students(one student from a higher year level ata to guide each section). Values that starts with the letter H. Eh dati, name ng saints yung sections. Eh pag name ng saints yung sections, syempre noh alam nang Catholic school yun. Ang bantot pa ng name ng new sections!Sa year namin(2nd), ang name ng sections are: Harmony, Kumility, Helpfulness, Honesty, Hope. Sa 3rd year, letter P. Sa 4th year, letter R. Ayun... Share.
Kaya daw pinalitan kasi pag sinabi daw ung name ng section(saint ha), sasabihin: "Ano ba yang St. ----, ang ingay!" eh di naman daw maingay yung saint na yun. Good point, but di na mukhang Catholic school ung sections. Opinion ko lang. And ang sosyal at ang ganda pa pakinggan pag saints. Haha.

Last Friday I rode a bus for the very first time! My mom, sis and I went going to Trinoma by commuting(because my dad is the only one in our family who knows how to drive and he has work;my mom doesn't that day) and it's a really sunny day but when we were almost in the MRT station, it started raining cats and dogs! So when I got off the bus, my feet(and Havs) were submerged by water in a small puddle. So un, and I went to Trinoma for the first time also.

..sucks. I had my hair cut this afternoon and sinabi ng mom ko sa mag-gugupit ng hair ko to make it(my hair) layered but only on the ends, but the result is, there's no change to my hair except it's trimmed. Where's the effin' layers?!

The weather is abnormal. Have you noticed? At morning/other time of the day, it's hot ; and usually at night and afternoons, it's raining cats and dogs . Eeeeek.

Anyway, we(my mom and my sis) were supposed to go to MOA today but because of the rain, we didn't. I was supposed to have my hair cut, and bug and force my mom to buy me the ODM watch I really really really like. I've been bugging her for daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays.

Another iPod!

At last! It's been almost 2 months(i think) since our(my mom bought it for herself but my sisters&I were the ones who almost always used it) iPod has been ruined/ nasira for an unknown cause moments after I put new songs in it. It was a heart breaker for us sisters, mainly for me because I was the one who was the last to use it just before it's nasira so of course parang ako ung lumalabas na nagsira ng iPod .

It's not ruined physically, but ang sabi, it's the Hard Drive that is sira. You wonder what's wrong/what went wrong with our old iPod? Well, ganito lang naman, after I ejected the iPod from our computer, I went to the CR and I was planning to listen to music so I clicked the Music and it said there are no songs! Even the pics, movies, everything! So I was hysterical na and panicking and when I told the prob to my ate, she asked me kung bakit ko ni-reset ung iPod! So I answered back na I didn't, I mean, why would I? So, un... And even if isaksak ko ulit ung iPod to the computer, di lumalabas ung iPod na menu sa sidebar(iTunes users, I know you understand me; if you don't, ok.) So dahil nga un sa sira ng Hard Drive and kahit ipaayos sa mga staff ng talagang store ng Apple, di na daw yun maaayos and isa pa, di na ata pwede mapalitan because the warranty expired na...
Anyway, fyi, I didn't use the word ruined or ruin because ruin means damaged physically, emotionally(She ruined your image.lol) or whatever. And it's not bagay naman if I say, like, "Our iPod is ruined"; when the Hard Drive ung sira. UNDERSTOOD? Ewan ko, it's like, my opinion lang. Imagine if someone said her iPod is ruined. You'll think that it's broken and/or the like, diba. Whatever. Anyway, it's not really the point of my topic .

So this afternoon ko lang nakita ung iPod. The thing is, my mother and sister kept it from me na nagpabili na pala ung mom ko ng iPod sa friend niya who is currently in the States that time because it's cheaper there noh(120GB). And I was, like, begging na to the highest level. So un nga, and, can you believe it, last week pa dumating . Late na ko sa balita. xD
So, un, and the new iPod is sorta mine, because I was the one who begged my mother to buy me one. :p

I'm so naaasar with our current but soon-to-be fired(she's only temporary because our real house maid just took a vacation and when she's back, the temporary house maid is O U T! muhaha) housemaid . She sings! I mean, she hums and/or sings and I find it annoying. And it's loud pa . And pinapanood nya pa kami(me&my sis) mag-internet. Some times only because we don't surf the net naman together eh..
And she doesn't(me&my family) give us privacy when we eat dinner(dinner only because my dad goes to work weekdays&my mom sometimes so dinner is when we really get together, unless my dad goes home late), meaning, she watches us while we eat. Weird much. I know. Ughh. And just a while ago, she went inside the room and said, "Open nyo Friendster ko". Like that. I think it's the exact words she said. Sino siya para utusan ako?! GAH.
Well, the least I can do to get this hatred for her in my chest is by blogging this, in the least because I can't say it to her face.

Subic

I went to Subic yesterday with my family to, uh, explore Subic and actually we had no plans, i mean, like, if we're gonna go to Ocean Adventure, etc. So it's like an on-the-spot thinking of where we would go.. Nawp, we didn't go to Ocean Adventure or any interesting places for tourists/foreigners(well, we aren't really foreigners but we're foreign to that place.lol). I wish *sighhhhhh. But we saw bats. I think that's the main highlight of our trip there.

And all the things we did aside from looking at bats were *in order*:
~looked for good finds at factory outlets without buying anything because there weren't anything we wanted
~we bought Pringles & a junk food
~drink coffee at Starbucks

that's all. I know. SO LAME~! then after that we went home.

Nawp. It kinda saddens me though, I still remember when I used to make my parents drop a letter to the post office for me when they go to work. My former classmate who is in America and I used to communicate thru letters.. Now my stationary are just smiling at me, waiting to be written at. Now we just talk using e-mail and YM.

I'm feeling sick! Aaaagh. This morning my throat is itchy and this afternoon and evening I had a headache! Aww. Is this karma?

This happened yesterday, so sorry if this is late; it's because I hadn't had a chance to make a blog post of this yesterday due to the slow Internet connection--again

Anyway, yesterday I went to Divisoria, specifically in the 168 mall, with my mom. We had lunch at the food court there(Greenwich--I totally love their Chicken a la King!yumm). Then after that we went shopping and touring the mall again, and I want to eat after a few hours, so I told my mom that I wanna eat a Chicken a la King again(so irresistible!) and she gave me moolah to buy one and the cashier gave me the receipt and told me to wait because my food I ordered is not yet done and she said the number 8. I looked at the receipt and there was the number 8. Actually, it's: #8 and it's encircled. And so I heard one of the staff of Greenwich say number 8, I got my food and ate it happily.

So, after shopping, my mom and I went to this fast food chain so my dad can pick us up after his work, and I ordered food again, then the cashier aske dme if I was willing to wait for 15 mins., and because I'm craving food that time, I just said 'Yes' and waited. And on the receipt was the number 8 again!What a coincidence! So when I was seating with my mom, shortly after that she said that my dad is already there!I was in a panicking mode!It's barely 2 minutes and my dad is impatient. So I asked the cashier if they could make the food quickly and she said, I need to wait because I said I was willing--that time. When my mom knew, she told me to just get inside the car and she'll be the one to talk to the cashier. After 10 minutes--only 10!, she was in the car with the foods.

That's not much 8, but still, you don't encounter with any number daily and seeing it twice, or maybe thrice or more in your receipt, or anywhere else.
